Ok I do see some resistance from this suspect, but it appears like these cops engaged in a street fight when the officers had began to punch & kick this man. It was already 3 officers on him. Why so many blows, kicks and punches?
Yes, I hope he wins something. Maybe these racist police officers think twice before engaging in this kind of behavior again.
