Alderman wants to go for three


Alderman Jim Kaplan, 4th District Alderman and Supervisor wants to be Alderman, Supervisor and Part-time mayor.

Kaplan serves in both position in a district that is about 67% minority. He became Alderman/Supervisor when he defeated Kenneth Lumpkin, who decided to run for Alderman and Supervisor in the 4th District last General election.

If Racine would like a Becker "twin" as a mayor, then have at it and vote for him. I would prefer a leader for this city and not a lap dog follower like Kaplan is.
