Dekuan Perry, 10, places trash in a garbage bag held by his mother Keysla Perry near Love and Charity Homeless Shelter, while Alderman/Supervisor Jim Kaplan helps. Perry, who manages Care Bear Daycare Center was among about 30 indiviuals who took part in the Douglas Avenue Redevelopment Association clean up campaign Saturday morning.
