RACINE - A church on Douglas Avenue may be forced to relocate if the city decides it's not fit for the area's development.
New Life Christian Fellowship, located in the Douglas Avenue access corridor, may have its request for a conditional use permit denied if the City Council decides the storefront church contradicts the Douglas Avenue redevelopment plan.
