Is Racine Ready for An African-American Mayor?


Two African-Americans who have hinted that they may one day run for mayor is saying “no” to this time around. Racine County Board Supervisor Donnie Snow, left, who is also the director of Racine’s Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services, says he will wait until he retires to make a decision.
