Hill honored at luncheon

Phill Hill, second left, received the first, African American Business and Professional Association (AABPA) Person of the Year award at a luncheon held at the Educator's Credit Union, Friday, February 26. About 75 individuals watched as Hill, owner Of Diversified Security Solution, LLC, was presented crystal flame award. Joining Hill were Racine Mayor John Dickert, Scott Terry, president of AABPA, and Racine County Executive William McReynolds.
