According to a source inside the NAACP, a 10 page document will be sent to the Justice Department outlining an investigation that suggest that minorities are not welcome in the Racine Downtown area and discriminatory practices have been utilized to enforce these sanctions. Sources stated a private security firm has been utilized to exclude blacks from participating in downtown activities and the Downtown Business Improvement District employs the firm designed to practice segregationist tactics. Full document to be posted on this website Tuesday.

Please get an editor to read and rewrite the report before you further embarrass yourselves.
How can this private/rented/private police force be racist or etc....???? This same firm I believe are also hired by Park6 to provide security. They work for the black man. You notice that when Place on 6th wasn't around there was no one complaining about this. This is all MR.Fair just trying to stir up trouble because he has nothing better else to do with his time. He always throws the race card in when things dont go his way.
You heard Mr.Oliver's interview it was mayhem and near riot situations and that the Private Police force did a good job.
I have black friends and they say they will never go to Gingers, Park 6 or The Place on 6th....Because they say the bars are nothing but trouble and the people those bars attract do not know how to act!!!
ken wants to outlaw sagging pants...if the white man would of said that they would be Racist...Notice the photo on this website....it's a picture of a minority!!
Wow, Really!?! The way you make it sound is worse than what the report states about the private police. I assure you that the private police or security is not running around downtown rounding up the black man.. We have better things to do with our time. Keith Fair needs to grow up and run a responsable business. If he were white and had the same issues he would be under the same scrutiny! And to the Insider.. before you insite a riot stop the stupidity!
