The often heavy-handed Racine Public Safety and Licensing Committee on Monday granted Former Alderman Keith Fair, owner of The Place on Sixth, 509 Sixth St., his operational license. He appeared before the Committee on Monday because a shooting in the 500 block of 6th Street near Fair’s establishment.
Little was mention of the incident and Fair was asked to added more security during the summer months. He said he has already changed security and personnel since being notified of the incidents.
