Lt. Gov. Barbara Lawton will deliver the keynote address at the Racine Branch NAACP's 59th Freedom Fund dinner on Oct. 16.
This Freedom Fund dinner represents the national NAACP's Centennial Year, Bold Dreams and Big Victories.
The event will be held at the Racine Marriott at 7111 Washington Ave. The program starts at 5 p.m. with a social hour. Tickets are on sale at the branch office at 1633 Racine St. For more information, call 632-1151.
